Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group in Pittsburgh is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for multiple restaurant locations. You will work in the field, diagnose problems, and partner with Operations to keep restaurants safe and running smoothly.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities or maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration, and travel across the tri-state area with vendor coordination and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV) within ~2 hours driving radius, focused in Pittsburgh area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with basic electrical and plumbing system issues.
• Determine repairs to be done internally vs. via approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
