Job summary

Caliber Collision offers an immediate opening for a Customer Service Consultant in Boca Raton. This role involves greeting customers, assessing needs, and guiding them through the repair process.

You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping and photographing, while coordinating transportation and paperwork for timely service delivery. You’ll communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure quality repairs, adherence to SOPs and insurance partner guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform physically active tasks including lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Provide personable, friendly “World Class” customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance as required to support repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for service delivery.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs and adherence to SOPs.
