• Sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance to ensure smooth repairs.
• Assist Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure timely, accurate service.
