Caliber Collision in Lake Worth, FL is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will assist Estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping, markings and photos, while coordinating transportation and paperwork.

The role emphasizes friendly, world-class service and adherence to Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, hold a valid driver's license, and can communicate

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and teammates.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate, timely repairs.
