Job summary

Caliber Collision in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs and provide guidance for repairs.

You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork. Strong communication with customers, teammates and vendors is essential to ensure accurate repairs and a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork and perform deliveries
• Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates and vendors
• Adhere to Caliber's SOPs and industry guidelines
