You will support Collision Estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping/marking, photos, and paperwork while coordinating transportation and keeping customers informed.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors.
