Job summary

Plum AI is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager for an immediate, hands-on role. You will own campaign execution using Instantly and SmartReach, loading data, validating lists, and ensuring campaigns launch with high deliverability.

You will monitor campaigns daily, troubleshoot platform issues, and coordinate data hygiene with Data Science and Account Management. The role offers potential full-time conversion and a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach is required.
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability and domain reputation.
• Experience managing multiple sending accounts and inboxes.
• Excellent Excel/CSV data handling and validation skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid QA habits and testing.
• Ability to manage several customers, campaigns, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, launch, and manage campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Oversee multiple campaigns, sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• Load, map, validate, and QA contact lists before go-live.
• Set schedules, limits, inbox rotation, and routing rules.
• Target existing customers and new prospects with precise messaging.
• Conduct pre-launch QA to ensure correct audience and settings.
• Maintain calendars and ensure timely launches.
