You will split time between the service bay, front counter, and back office to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Greet customers, explain services, and build repeat business through excellent service.
• Manage store operations: cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory.
• Promote safety and quality checks, ensuring procedures meet brand standards.
