FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a team in a fast-paced automotive service environment, and ensure fast, quality service with a strong focus on safety and customer care.

This hands-on role sits between the service bay, front counter, and back office, offering growth opportunities into store leadership for motivated individuals with a customer-facing background.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work hands-on in fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain ASE certifications if required by brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Schedule team to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard new staff on procedures, POS, and customer service.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Greet customers, explain services, and drive repeat business.
• Assist with store and shop operations, cash handling, and POS.
• Maintain clean, organized shop and comply with safety regulations.
• Track daily sales and KPIs to stay aligned with goals.
