FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Store Manager in running daily operations across service bay, front counter, and back office. You will lead technicians and service advisors, coach staff, and help schedule coverage while ensuring fast, friendly, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes customer experience, sales through service recommendations, and strict adherence to safety and brand standards in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling; comfortable with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members; supervise daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
• Greet customers, explain services, and drive sales.
• Maintain shop and customer areas, ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Support safety protocols and compliance with policies.
