Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in the store.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
• Greet customers and explain services to drive trust and speed.
• Assist with cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory controls.
