Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations across the service bay, front counter, and back office. The role blends hands-on shop work with store leadership to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality automotive service.

The successful candidate will lead by example, coach technicians and advisors, and build a team customers and coworkers can count on, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and step in to lead the location in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling 팀 members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Help onboard and train new team members on service procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and contribute to fast, quality experiences.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Monitor daily sales, productivity, and key performance metrics.
