Qualifications

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience
• Experience with C-Corp federal and state tax compliance
• Strong project management and coordination mindset

Responsibilities

• Owner of the annual ASC 740 tax provision (current & deferred)
• Liaise with external tax advisors and coordinate timelines
• Oversee sales/use tax compliance processes with outsourced providers
• Review and support federal/state income tax returns and workpapers
• Identify tax savings opportunities and assist with tax planning strategies
