Crowe seeks an experienced AI Tech Lead to act as a hands-on technical leader for AI agents that accelerate Crowe's Audit services. This role follows a forward deployed engineer model, integrating with Audit practitioners, owning the agent lifecycle, and shaping patterns and engineering practices for a growing portfolio.

The candidate will mentor engineers, drive CI/CD in Azure, and collaborate with architects to align with Crowe's Audit technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Python development for enterprise apps and services.
• Hands-on AI agents/workflows design and productionization.
• 1+ year with AI agents using major platforms (Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Experience with Skills-based architecture and CI/CD in cloud environments.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Deliver AI agents and agent-enabled audit workflows; own design and maintenance.
• Partner with Audit SMEs, learn workflows, and translate to agent capabilities.
• Write, review, test, and maintain substantial Python codebases and assets.
• Manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications for agents.
• Develop reusable patterns; build and maintain CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
• Lead a small team of forward deployed engineers as portfolio grows.
• Mentor engineers; conduct code/design reviews; establish standards.
• Define KPIs and ROI; communicate impact to product stakeholders.
