Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, build, and manage AI agents that accelerate audit services. You will work closely with Audit SMEs, crafting skills-based architectures and maintaining production-grade Python code.

As a hands-on leader, you will guide a growing team of forward deployed engineers, drive CI/CD practices in Azure DevOps, and align work with Crowe's audit technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications and services.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience, with a strong track record of building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience designing AI agents or AI-assisted workflows using a major AI platform.
• Hands-on experience with a Skills-based architecture for AI agents and automated testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and project leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and productionize AI agents and agent-assisted workflows for Crowe’s Audit practice.
• Operate with Audit SMEs, learning workflows and designing agents in context.
• Remain hands-on in development: write and review Python code and agent resources.
• Lead project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication for agents you own.
• Develop reusable engineering patterns and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership as the portfolio grows.
