Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and own AI agents that accelerate Crowe's Audit services. You will work closely with Audit practitioners, own the agent lifecycle, and establish scalable engineering patterns.

You will lead a portfolio of agents, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, shaping an evolving AI‑driven engineering capability within Crowe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Ability to write clean, modular, production‑grade Python code.
• 1+ years designing and productionizing AI agents or AI‑assisted workflows.
• Experience with Skills‑based architecture, including authoring definitions and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, maintenance, and improvement of AI agents and agent‑assisted workflows for the Audit practice.
• Work with Audit SMEs to understand workflows and design agents end‑to‑end.
• Write, review, test, and maintain substantial Python codebases and prompts.
• Manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication for the agent portfolio.
• Design reusable engineering patterns and development practices for scalable agent deployment.
• Mentor engineers and lead a growing team of forward deployed engineers.
