Embassy Suites Richmond is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily hotel operations and leadership across departments. You will lead guest services and housekeeping performance, with hands-on engagement with guests and associates to ensure consistent, elevated service.

The AGM will also support Food & Beverage during service hours, coach staff, manage staffing and labor, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive service and real-time recovery.

Formación

• Prior hotel leadership or supervisory experience is required or preferred at AGM/operations level.
• Strong hands-on leadership with visibility in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations and leadership activities.
• Lead with a focus on Guest Services and Housekeeping performance and standards.
• Provide support to Food & Beverage during hotel service hours.
• Coach, train, and develop team members across departments.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and drive improvement actions.
• Foster cross-department communication for seamless guest experiences.
