Peregrine Hospitality seeks an experienced Dual Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in developing and executing hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Banquets, and F&B. The AGM will ensure brand standards, financial performance, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Jointly manages departments, mentors supervisors, and drives staffing to exceed guest expectations while maintaining compliance with licenses and corporate procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Hotel Management Experience. Marriott experience is preferred.
• Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Assists/teaches team managers scheduling against guest and hours/occupied room goals.
• Manages the operation of all property departments.
• Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports to measure productivity.
• Ensures brand standards are maintained and staff meet requirements.
• Oversees guest experience and staff professionalism at all times.
• Maintains licenses and permits as prescribed by authorities.
