Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in identifying and resolving operational issues.
  • Familiarity with yield management and cost control techniques.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel or hospitality establishment. The Assistant General Manager contributes to strategic planning, including pre-opening activities and yield management, to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. Ultimately, this role ensures that the property meets its financial goals while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality management roles.
  • Proven knowledge of hotel operations, including food and beverage management and safety procedures.
