Insomniac Events is seeking a Box Office Attendant to provide exceptional ticketing support at events. You will verify customer information, distribute tickets, and resolve scanning issues while handling cash and card transactions with the Front Gate POS system.

The role requires strong customer service skills, comfort with computers, and the ability to remain courteous and de-escalate tense situations in a bustling festival setting.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service-related work experience is preferred.
• Must feel comfortable with using a computer.
• Interact professionally with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner.
• Must be able to de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
• Employee must maintain and carry a valid driver’s license at all times.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level customer service related to ticketing at the box office or ticket resolution areas.
• Identify will call orders by verifying customer information and distribute tickets correctly.
• Resolve scanning issues with tickets at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
• Accurately administer cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS system.
• Report to Box Office Management.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast paced environment.
