Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Box Office Attendant to provide high-level customer service for ticketing at the box office and related resolution areas. You will verify patron information, process transactions, and assist attendees with will-call and entry issues.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, basic computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Some travel to events may be required and compliance with venue procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer for transactions and ticket lookups.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate the Front Gate box office system to assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify will-call orders by name, email, and credit card to distribute tickets accurately.
• Resolve scanning issues at the gate in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process cash and credit card transactions using the Front Gate POS system.
• Report to Box Office Management and maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and informed about event details and procedures.
