Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Box Office Attendant to deliver high-energy customer service and manage ticketing at box office or resolution areas. You will verify guest information, process tickets, and resolve scanning issues while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be comfortable with computers, able to interact with all guest levels, and willing to travel for events. Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol testing are required.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels and de-escalate situations.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Train on Front Gate box office system and assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify will call orders by name, email, and credit card to distribute tickets.
• Resolve scanning issues at the gate promptly and courteously.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS.
• Report to Box Office Management and maintain professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate information about events and evacuation procedures.
• Travel to work events during holidays, evenings, weekends as needed.
