Insomniac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Box Office Attendant to deliver excellent customer service for ticketing at the box office and related areas. Travel and lodging are not provided for this role.

You will verify customer details, distribute tickets, and handle cash/credit card transactions using the Front Gate POS system. A professional, friendly demeanor is essential in a fast-paced festival environment with events including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service-related work experience is preferred.
• Must feel comfortable with using a computer.
• Interact professionally with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner.
• Must be able to de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service related to ticketing at the box office or resolution areas.
• Verify customer information and distribute tickets to patrons.
• Resolve scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
• Administer cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS system.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast paced environment.
• Provide accurate information about events and procedures.
