Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Box Office Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service at our box office and ticket resolution areas. You will verify will-call orders, handle ticket distribution, and resolve gate issues with a courteous, efficient approach.

The role requires a friendly, proactive team member who can operate in a loud, fast-paced environment and provide accurate event information while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Professional interaction with all levels of people and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist at box office or ticket resolution areas with high level of customer service.
• Identify will-call orders by verifying name, email and credit card details to distribute tickets correctly.
• Resolve scanning or ticket issues at the gate in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process cash and card transactions using Front Gate POS system.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate information about the event and evacuation procedures when needed.
