Job summary

Insomniac Events is seeking a Box Office Attendant to deliver high-level customer service at our box office and ticket resolution areas. You will assist patrons with ticket orders, verify information, and resolve any issues at the gate with a courteous approach.

The role requires strong computer skills, experience in sales and customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends at various event sites.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Must feel comfortable with using a computer.
• Interact professionally with all levels of individuals.
• Must pass background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in training for the Front Gate box office system to assist patrons with ticket orders.
• Identify a will call order by verifying name, email and credit card information to distribute tickets.
• Resolve scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
• Accurately administer cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS system.
• Report to Box Office Management and maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate information about the event and evacuation procedures when needed.
