Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is looking for a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train staff, support front desk tasks, and supervise day-to-day activities to uphold service standards.

The role emphasizes member check-ins, tours, and resolving issues while maintaining brand image, cleanliness, and inventory. This is a full-time on-site leadership position at a busy franchise location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answering calls, taking information, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist with team member management and backup support to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive image for the club.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Support marketing efforts and train team on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
