You will train staff, manage member check‑ins and inquiries, and support club management while promoting promotions and maintaining policy compliance.

The full-time supervisory role requires strong communication and leadership, plus basic computer skills to maintain records and reports for smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.

• Support Club Manager and team members as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and maintain a positive club image.
