Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Elk River, MN is seeking a Team Lead to assist in overseeing gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will work closely with the Club Manager and lead front-desk activities and staff development.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing member check-ins, tours, and inquiries while upholding company policies and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and promotional gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answer phone calls and assist with questions.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Great/meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and trainings on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
• Communicate with customers to exceed their needs.
