Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in staff training, front desk tasks, and coordinating with the Club Manager.

You will engage with members, conduct gym tours, manage check-ins, and support marketing promotions, inventory, and cleanliness. This role emphasizes service, leadership, and teamwork to uphold the club’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answering calls, taking information calls, and updating member info.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Provide gym tours to potential members.
• Assist in facilitating member service issues and questions.
• Support Club Manager with team member management and back-up as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
