Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train staff, supervise member services, and actively engage in front desk tasks such as answering calls, greeting prospects, and guiding tours.

You will support the Club Manager, ensure policy adherence, maintain the club’s image, and assist with marketing, inventory, and reporting to keep operations smooth and welcoming for all members.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk tasks including answering calls and assisting members.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
• Great/meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
