Job summary

Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Team Lead to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train and develop staff, manage front desk tasks, conduct gym tours, and assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, and account updates.

You will help facilitate member service issues, support the Club Manager, and promote company policies while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing and staff development.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answer calls, greet guests, and handle inquiries.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations and updating info.
• Host gym tours and welcome potential members.
• Help resolve member service issues and questions.
• Support Club Manager with team management and backup duties.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Order supplies, track inventory and generate reports.
