Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Hudson, Wisconsin, is seeking a Team Lead to assist in overseeing gym operations and ensuring a positive member experience. You will help train staff and provide backup support to the Club Manager.

This role involves front desk duties, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and fielding questions while promoting a welcoming, high‑quality environment. Strong communication, reliability and leadership are essential to guide the team and uphold company

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.

• Support Club Manager and maintain adherence to policies.
• Assist in managing marketing promotions and inventory tracking.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective problem solving.
