Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Involve in front desk tasks: answer phone calls, take info calls, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies and tracking reports.
