Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train and develop staff, supervise member services, and manage front desk tasks including calls, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.

This role requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, with a willingness to contribute to marketing efforts, inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks: answering calls, taking info calls, assisting in member check-ins, sign-ups and updating member accounts.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist in member service issues and questions and provide backup support to Club Manager.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club and oversee cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensure staff are trained on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
