Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in training staff, manage front desk tasks, and support daily club activities under the Club Manager.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork, policy adherence, and maintaining a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks: answering phone calls, taking info calls, and facilitating member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Host gym tours and meet potential members.
• Help manage member service issues and provide backup to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in marketing efforts and train staff on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and tracking reports.
