Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking an assistant to support gym operations and member experience. The role involves front desk duties, answering calls, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, and updates to accounts, and providing friendly, informed service to members and guests.

You will help train staff, support the Club Manager, and contribute to marketing promotions while upholding company policies. This on-site position requires strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member services oversight to ensure a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take info calls, assist with check-ins and sign-ups.
• Assist with member maintenance: cancellations and updating accounts.
• Greet potential members, conduct gym tours, and support marketing efforts.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and help with cleanliness and appearance.
