Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Cathedral City, CA is seeking a Team Lead to support gym operations and ensure a positive member experience.

The role emphasizes training staff, supervising front desk activities, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere. This full‑time supervisor position reports to the Club Manager and requires leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk duties: answer calls, take info calls, assist check-ins/sign-ups/cancellations, give gym tours.
• Facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Help oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in coordinating marketing promotions and training on current campaigns.
• Assist in ordering supplies, managing inventory and tracking reports.
