Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Front desk duties: answer calls, assist with questions or concerns.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Give gym tours to potential members.
• Assist with member service issues and questions.
• Support Club Manager and team with backup as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive image for the club.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in managing marketing promotions and staff training on them.
• Order supplies, manage inventory and tracking reports.
