Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Kearney, NE seeks a Team Lead to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will assist in training staff, supervise front desk tasks, and support the Club Manager.

This role emphasizes customer service, staff development, and maintaining a clean, welcoming facility. You will help manage marketing promotions, inventory, and adherence to policies while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks: answering calls, taking info calls, assisting in member check-ins and updates to accounts, giving gym tours.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensure staff are trained on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports as needed.
