Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive operational excellence across the gym. You will supervise front desk, kids club, and cleaning staff while elevating member experience and ensuring brand standards.

You will collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing to boost gym performance, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety regulations. CPR certification required within 30 days; background check required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of operations management experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to deliver an elevated member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including kids club, front desk, and janitorial.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
• Provide constructive feedback on performance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and address member concerns.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper certifications.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing teams to improve gym performance.
• Monitor and order inventory.
• Communicate calmly during emergencies.
