Job summary

EōS Fitness in San Tan Valley, AZ seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive operational excellence across the gym. You'll greet members, supervise front desk and kids club, and partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in ops management, 3–4 years in customer service, strong communication, and CPR certification within 30 days. Must pass background check and uphold our core values.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of operations management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Background check success is required.
• Knowledge of company policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Service team to deliver a high-quality member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front desk and staff.
• Communicate goals and procedures to staff clearly.
• Provide feedback and performance coaching.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain certifications.
• Oversee facility cleanliness and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and retail items.
• Respond calmly to emergencies and disruptions.
