Job summary

EōS Fitness in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive operational excellence in daily gym operations. You will supervise front desk, kids club, and janitorial staff while ensuring an outstanding member experience and adherence to brand standards.

You will partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance, manage revenue goals, and uphold safety and SOPs. CPR certification required; background check and pass required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Embrace core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Service team to create a high-energy, member-focused atmosphere.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff across front desk, kids club, and janitorial.
• Communicate goals and procedures to staff; provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve member inquiries promptly.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and facility standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products.
