Job summary

EōS Fitness in Goleta, California is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive day-to-day operational excellence across the gym.

You will coach staff, manage customer service, monitor revenue goals, supervise retail, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing.

This role emphasizes a proactive leader who can adapt to evolving needs and ensure a welcoming, high-quality member experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a welcoming member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front desk and support staff.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff.
• Provide constructive feedback on performance with specifics.
• Ensure high-quality service by addressing member concerns quickly.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and certifications are up to date.
• Supervise facility cleanliness and maintenance; manage inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance.
