Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and oversee daily gym operations. You will be the hub for member, guest, and staff information, driving an elevated service experience.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and coordinating with sales and marketing to boost performance. CPR-certified and background check required, with flexible duties as management directs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Experience or interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Service team and day-to-day gym operations for exceptional service.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front desk, kids club, and janitorial staff.
• Set goals, communicate expectations, and provide performance feedback.
• Address member concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain health and safety compliance, certifications, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance.
