Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager in California who will lead the Service team and oversee daily operations to drive excellence across member experience, safety, and brand standards.

The role involves hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff, coordinating with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing to boost gym performance while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Service team to deliver an elevated member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front desk, kids club, and janitorial staff.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff clearly.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service, handle member inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain certifications.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness, equipment and common areas.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing to improve gym performance.
• Monitor inventory for equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail items.
