Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and elevate member experience. The role emphasizes staff training, exceptional customer service, and strong front desk engagement with members and prospects.

The position is full-time with supervisory responsibilities. You will collaborate with the Club Manager to maintain quality service, safety, and a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answer calls, take info calls, assist member check-ins/sign-ups/cancellations/update member info.
• Meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist in facilitating member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and backup support to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
