Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, member service resolution, and assisting with new member sales and program development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness facility management or customer-service leadership experience.
• Ability to drive KPI performance and high levels of member satisfaction.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for staff development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing team.
• Monitor and score staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team targets.
