Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness facility management experience.
• Experience supervising a team and managing operations across finance and admin.
• CPR/AED certification and ability to drive sales and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead gym teams by hiring managers and staff.
• Direct management of team, including scheduling and assigning responsibilities.
• Coach staff to improve sales performance and training standards.
• Conduct team meetings and set team goals.
• Develop the business with focus on sales and operations while energizing the team around objectives.
• Ensure timely resolution to member inquiries and issues.
• Monitor KPI performance and ensure brand standards are met.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory and retail processes.
