Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support a high-performance gym environment. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, train and supervise the MSR team, and ensure a best-in-class member experience aligned with Crunch standards.

A strong emphasis is placed on leadership, staffing, and KPI achievement. You will recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling and labor, resolve member issues with empathy, and participate in

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI’s.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Understanding of labor control, optional staffing levels and controls overtime.
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example with personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team performance standards with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve member service issues with pace and empathy and escalate employee concerns as needed.
• Lead generation and outreach to drive new member sales.
• Facilitate new member acquisition and integration into all services and programs.
• Set team goals and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Oversee asset management including inventory, ordering, and small equipment expenditures.
• Supervise front desk and Kids Crunch activities and maintain facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Oversee daily cleaning checklist and work orders.
• Utilize Crunch tools for communication, incident reporting and process integration.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
