Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support a high-performance gym environment and work closely with the General Manager to oversee facility operations. This role emphasizes training and supervising the MSR team to deliver an exceptional member experience aligned with Crunch brand standards.

The candidate will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor KPI performance, and lead by example to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives and managing key KPI’s.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing team to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor and score staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team targets.
• Manage team performance with ongoing development and coaching.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling, labor management, and member service resolution.
• Assist with new member acquisition and service program integration.
• Oversee asset management, inventory, supplies, and equipment expenses.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance; supervise front desk and Kids Crunch activities.
